The 4500 RDS E-O-N radio model manufactured up to 2008 had a straightforward process for finding the serial number. Turn the unit on and hold buttons 2 and 6. The identifier (M Series) appears on the screen—for example, M123456.

Turn on the audio system, see "Enter Keycode" on the screen, and press buttons 1 and 6 simultaneously. As with the 6000 CD model, the serial number appears briefly, so it is recommended that you record a video so you can pause it. The serial number appears in this format: SOCDX1V123456.

Older Fiesta radio M serial number

Additional radio models

If your Fiesta is older, it may have a different radio model. The serial number is on the label attached to the unit's housing. You must remove your music system to see this label. The serial number always begins with the letter M or V followed by six digits—for example, M123456 or V123456.
